I recall reading that Relena meta some time ago. Man, the Gundam Wing fandom had it out for her. I got swept up along with it when I started reading fanfic, but when I actually rewatched the series, I found she wasn't at all as bad as people made her out to be. Though I'm partial to Dorothy, Relena deserves some love.

I only watched the anime this year, having read the three-volume manga and watched movie almost a decade ago. Back when I was in fandom, I only got there through the crossovers with Sailor Moon, and they painted an awful picture. Watching the anime, she became my favorite character.
