I use Windows 7 and Apple mobile devices. Most of my experience is with choice games--for example, like Alabaster, The Book of Guenevere, Affairs of the Court, visual novels like Oxenfree and Cinders, dating sims like Long Live the Queen and Magical Diary , and paper books where you turn to a page for every choice--but I’d be delighted with a parser game too. Puzzles, mazes, and timers aren’t a strength of mine, so I would enjoy a walkthrough if those are present.

This ship is both so angsty and so fluffy, sweet and bitter and intense. I first read these books in 2004 and even thinking about them still makes me cry. I'd love them to have the future they couldn't get in the books, but also I love the tragic romance aspect of them being so happy together in an awful situation, just the two of them, and them him dying and the relationship living forever in those weeks, immortalized in her mind...the tension between those two feelings is a lot. I nominated and requested the first trilogy, but you're welcome to use information from the prequel and sequel books if you like.

I feel like it already has some elements which resonate with these tags: hostage situations (Beauty and the Beast), mysterious character who isn't what they seem (Beauty and the Beast, gothic romance, Uprooted, Plain Kate), apprenticeship (Uprooted), and girl getting drawn into something much more dangerous than she bargained for (Keturah and Lord Death, Plain Kate, Tam Lin.) The mystery, the discoveries, the determined and resilient heroine, the atmosphere...I'd love to see these tags used as a jumping off point to have fun with the characters!
Note on DNWs: I DNW permanent death of requested characters, but you are free to kill Akkarin off here too, and if you are using the Keturah and Lord Death Fusion tag--spoiler for what happens in that book--feel free to also kill Sonea.
Orpheus and Eurydice Elements
Orpheus Doesn't Turn Around (Ancient Greek Religion and Lore)
Inspired by Orpheus and Eurydice (Ancient Greek Religion & Lore)
The grief and mourning potential here! We end this trilogy on Sonea having full support from her remaining loved ones as she embarks on her mission to bring healing to Imardin's poor and discovers her pregnancy, but we don't see that from her point of view. Her last point of view chapter ends with the emotional devastation of her reaction to Akkarin's death. I'd really love some exploration of her feelings and processing with these tags, whether or not you choose to bring Akkarin back to her. I remember something said about Orpheus and Eurydice which has stuck with me (though unfortunately not where it was from): the idea that Orpheus, in turning around, is choosing memory, Orpheus the poet--thus originating this story--over Orpheus the lover, who just wanted Eurydice back. Is this a story about accepting a death, or having that death reversed--or having it reversed, but its having happened remains a traumatic event they must cope with?

These tags seem to resonate with how black magic/higher magic is largely portrayed in the trilogy: something dangerous, forbidden, that forever alters the lives of the major characters who learn it and separates them from their society. So it would be fun to see that translated into a work, and I'd love it!

These two run the gamut (taking into account The Clone Wars) from sweet and fun to utterly tragic. I love the way Ahsoka is saved from Vader through the Daughter because Anakin had already saved her with the Daughter's help, and I love that she made it through all the sorrow and turmoil of decades of a war which he both prolonged and ended. The whole thing where she mirrors him but also provides a contrast, making choices he couldn't, and the association with birds/ships in flight and hence freedom...<3.
Alternate Universe - Plain Kate Fusion
Alternate Universe - Keturah and Lord Death Fusion
The novels these tags are from deal primarily with death and grief and and vengeance, and those are so important to the requested characters. Kate being used by Linay for his vengeance plot, but also understanding him, and him hoping she lives, and oh the end of Keturah and Lord Death when she names all the things she's giving up, the life she's offering, to go join Death. I feel like there's a resonance between the books and this ship, and I'd love to see the tags used to explore it.
Note on DNWs: I DNW permanent death of requested characters, but you are free to kill Anakin/Vader off here too, and if you are using the Keturah and Lord Death Fusion tag--spoiler for what happens in that book--feel free to also kill Ahsoka. (I feel like that ending could be translated into a Force Ghost thing for this ship.)

Grief and mourning, grief and mourning! Let Ahsoka traverse the underworld! I remember something said about Orpheus and Eurydice which has stuck with me (though unfortunately not where it was from): the idea that Orpheus, in turning around, is choosing memory, Orpheus the poet--thus originating this story--over Orpheus the lover, who just wanted Eurydice back. This tag makes me think of suppressing your past/denying part of yourself, and that fits with Vader plus Ahsoka getting through his mask (literally and figuratively) so well! I'd love to see what you might do with it!
