I love the tension between the fantasy scenario Charlie presents--"I'd treat a woman great if she was pure and different from the others! I'm telling her she's special and making a great offer; that's a good chance of a great payoff"--and the reality, which is that he's not just a terrible person, but he's already treating Vic, specifically, like shit and she knows it. She's never not aware of his willingness to kill her or that he's trying to coerce her into being with him, and then he runs Maggie over with his car and Vic herself is drugged, abducted, and nearly raped because he set Bing against her. And I love that he serves as a darker mirror of herself. Both traumatized in their youth, both tightly wound and trying to present themselves as doing fine while developing drinking problems, both escaping into the use to which they can put their Creative abilities and not feeling like they know how to live in the human world. Only Vic blames herself and tries to live anyway, protecting the people she loves, where he refuses responsibility and destroys them, choosing death. And the obsession with each other's destruction that they have after the events of the first season.
Have Vic be haunted by him, whether it's his actual ghost or a dream version--both could happen in the world of the show. Or lean into the fact of them being able to sense the power of the other and give them a soulbond. They both have issues with being "stuck" in life; put them in a time loop. They forget who they are, think they're other people, and then remember. Vic travels back in time and sees a perhaps less bitter but still fucked up version of him. They're both dead (not necessarily at the same time) and stuck in the Bad Place/the former Bad Place, or maybe Charlie somehow makes it to the Good Place and Vic hasn't gone through the door yet. Or maybe she did and he wanted to see her. Finding a new path is hard, and so are endings; that's true for both of them, and I'd be interested if you wanted to do something with that!
With regard to the Fusion AUs: these other canons have elements which it would be fun to see in a NOS4A2 fanwork. Buffy has a girl meant to stop the vampires--whose powers come from a demonic essence that's been made a part of her--and its vampires tend to be the people who they were when alive, except worse. Lost Girl has a succubus heroine who's haunted by the lethality of the power she wants to control, and who is drawn into a world of greater intrigue as the different fae groups want her allegiance. Jupiter Ascending stars a housekeeper heroine who was secretly the genetic duplicate of a powerful extraterrestial matriarch, and is being sought by her children; the final villain especially has some feelings about his mother. The Black Jewels has a matriarchal society in which those with magic rule--how would characters shaped by a patriarchy be like in this world?
And I've always loved Choose Your Own Adventure stories, so a CYOA with these characters would be great! Last but definitely not least, this fandom is so tiny and it would be a delight to receive anything you think I'd enjoy other than DNWs with these ships.

So Vic is my woobie for this canon and I love that for her. She has a thing where she wants more for herself but fears its not within reach, and that she might be too damaged for it, and she keeps so much of that to herself while trying to keep it together in front of others. I'd love to see her receiving emotional support and coming to accept it, or learning how to live after the events--extraordinary in their supernatural elements, and ordinary in that they were caused by people committing mundane crimes--which changed her life, or trying to accept that she didn't die in her mission the way she seemed to expect would (maybe even should) happen. And I'd also enjoy to read about her pregnancy with Wayne--the inclusion of his birth and how alarming it was for her that he got taken away, that he needed help, fascinates me. Or, if you'd like to write her giving birth to a second child with Lou, I'd enjoy reading how she felt about that after everything that already happened with Wayne, and them doing their best by this new child and the old one in light of that. Complications physical and mental/emotional; give it! And the time loop tag; a story which takes Vic's feeling that she's stuck in a broken state and makes that external with her in a time loop, and her futilely dying to get herself out of it, would be so interesting.
I've always loved Choose Your Own Adventure stories, so a CYOA with these characters would be great! Last but definitely not least, this fandom is so tiny and it would be a delight to receive anything you think I'd enjoy other than DNWs with this character.

Character With Weight Of The World On Shoulders Appreciates Being Simply Dom(me)'s Toy
I loved Vic and Maggie going from being mission-focused/mission-refusing to bonding and relying on the other, almost like being the only two people in the world. And I loved the care with which Vic handled Jolene, physically, and the way she seemed to look up to her. These dynamics give a vibe that feels so right with tags about being on the run/on a mission together, or in a Russian Doll-style time loop in which they come together to help each other escape. Or I could see Vic trying to escape but also fix a time loop in which one of the others dies, even if it means getting herself killed repeatedly. A fusion with them in Buffy, another canon with secret monster-killing adventures and powerful girls/women; I could see Vic and Jolene as Slayers, and Maggie as a witch! Vic deciding to paint some of the more positive aspects of the Creative world she's discovered would be fun, and I could see Maggie or Jolene prompting her! Or, leaning in to the vibes of Vic wanting to be part of a team with them (instead of feeling like she has to complete the mission they first chose all alone when Jolene dies and Maggie quits), her enjoying being dommed by one of them feels right. And I've always loved Choose Your Own Adventure stories, so a CYOA with these characters would be great! Last but definitely not least, this fandom is so tiny and it would be a delight to receive anything you think I'd enjoy other than DNWs with these ships.

It would be so fun to see these characters interact! Buffy and Vic have the "thankless task they didn't want but they've come to take as their own" thing, with the isolation and angst that comes with it. Buffy did have more help with it than Vic did...unless we're talking Wishverse Buffy, who seems to be even more isolated than someone who nearly became a hermit with her boyfriend and young son for eight years. And then there's Angel, with his 100+ years of guilt and affinity for connecting with people who are lost, like Faith and Kate; it would be cool to see him interact with Vic when she thinks she's too broken to belong with the people she loves, and her life is only good for her mission. The fun thing about reality in these universe is that both of them involve other dimensions, whether pre-existing ones and ones made by wishes like in the Buffyverse, or ones made by someone's sheer ability to alter reality like in NOS4A2. You could do a shared universe, where they both exist in the same world, or a fusion in which some characters are adapted to the setting of the other characters' universe, or a literal crossing over from one universe to another; maybe Vic's bridge can do more work than she realized, or Manx's child abduction trips include one to California, or Drusilla's hanging about interested in making Vic and/or Maggie part of a new family. Any of these could provide an interesting situation for them to meet!

I love the sea and a lot of elves are drawn to it, so a scene of them on a ship, or boarding one, before or in the middle of some adventure would be cool. In a similar vein, a campfire scene of banter, bonding, or quiet time (whether figurative or literal complete silence). A scene from a quest that's not around a campfire! It could be a Buffy joins the Fellowship thing or another quest entirely. With regard to the quiet moment with an immortal tag, I've always enjoyed Buffy's scenes with Angel where they have quiet conversations. I love immortality and quiet conversations and feeling your feelings. There's something grounding about looking at the stars, you know?

I'm very into their shared (without each other's knowledge) trauma of being targeted by the attack on the Learning Center, the isolation after Michael decides its on her to prevent another one, and how they try to take care of the other as adults even after their efforts to be better Vulcans separately. Goodness, the risks she took for him; and he was going to follow her into the future! They're so fraught, and I'd love to see them in more fraught and/or intimate situations. A transfusion when both parties have different blood--how would they feel trying to make that work? How would they feel if one of them purposefully came to the other to ask for help instead of Michael purposefully seeking out Spock? What if Michael introspecting as she ventured into the technically mapped but also unknown to her terrain of Area X searching for him, and finding his journal? I've been obsessed with the idea of Michael shaving off Spock's beard ever since she made that comment that hit home for him. And they're both woobies, so some goodness about them being treated kindly by each other and believing they deserve good things with each other would be heartwarming!

Their friendly, easy dynamic with a little flirting here and a little pining there in the background is delightful, and I'd love exploration of it in extreme scenarios like being held captive together or the emergency blood transfusion. How would the context of trying to take care of each other in such intense situations affect them? The potential stress of making the transfusion happen when one party is human and the other half-human, so they have different blood? I love the potential for intimacy, both physical and emotional, that I see in both tags.

I love alternate universes and selves and the Mirror Universe is such a tantalizing canon look at that! How do things like the easy dynamic between Spock and Uhura, and Spock's half-human angst, look in this universe! What if they have a tenuous alliance? Are they careful with each other always, or can there be any level of trust? It'd be fun to see things would look with them if Spock does actually attempt to change his universe for the better and goes for taking charge of it. Would he bring Uhura in, would she discover it on her own; what would she want to do about it? Or in a Black Jewels AU, where the universe would be matriarchal as well as Terran-dominated. Would Uhura have power over him in that case?

I love the tension between the fantasy scenario Charlie presents--"I'd treat a woman great if she was pure and different from the others! I'm telling her she's special and making a great offer; that's a good chance of a great payoff"--and the reality, which is that he's not just a terrible person, but he's already treating Vic, specifically, like shit and she knows it. She's never not aware of his willingness to kill her or that he's trying to coerce her into being with him, and then he runs Maggie over with his car and Vic herself is drugged, abducted, and nearly raped because he set Bing against her. And I love that he serves as a darker mirror of herself. Both traumatized in their youth, both tightly wound and trying to present themselves as doing fine while developing drinking problems, both escaping into the use to which they can put their Creative abilities and not feeling like they know how to live in the human world. Only Vic blames herself and tries to live anyway, protecting the people she loves, where he refuses responsibility and destroys them, choosing death. And the obsession with each other's destruction that they have after the events of the first season.
Have Vic be haunted by him, whether it's his actual ghost or a dream version--both could happen in the world of the show. Or lean into the fact of them being able to sense the power of the other and give them a soulbond. They both have issues with being "stuck" in life; put them in a time loop. They forget who they are, think they're other people, and then remember. Vic travels back in time and sees a perhaps less bitter but still fucked up version of him. They're both dead (not necessarily at the same time) and stuck in the Bad Place/the former Bad Place, or maybe Charlie somehow makes it to the Good Place and Vic hasn't gone through the door yet. Or maybe she did and he wanted to see her. Finding a new path is hard, and so are endings; that's true for both of them, and I'd be interested if you wanted to do something with that!
With regard to the Fusion AUs: these other canons have elements which it would be fun to see in a NOS4A2 fanwork. Buffy has a girl meant to stop the vampires--whose powers come from a demonic essence that's been made a part of her--and its vampires tend to be the people who they were when alive, except worse. Lost Girl has a succubus heroine who's haunted by the lethality of the power she wants to control, and who is drawn into a world of greater intrigue as the different fae groups want her allegiance. Jupiter Ascending stars a housekeeper heroine who was secretly the genetic duplicate of a powerful extraterrestial matriarch, and is being sought by her children; the final villain especially has some feelings about his mother. The Black Jewels has a matriarchal society in which those with magic rule--how would characters shaped by a patriarchy be like in this world?
And I've always loved Choose Your Own Adventure stories, so a CYOA with these characters would be great! Last but definitely not least, this fandom is so tiny and it would be a delight to receive anything you think I'd enjoy other than DNWs with these ships.

So Vic is my woobie for this canon and I love that for her. She has a thing where she wants more for herself but fears its not within reach, and that she might be too damaged for it, and she keeps so much of that to herself while trying to keep it together in front of others. I'd love to see her receiving emotional support and coming to accept it, or learning how to live after the events--extraordinary in their supernatural elements, and ordinary in that they were caused by people committing mundane crimes--which changed her life, or trying to accept that she didn't die in her mission the way she seemed to expect would (maybe even should) happen. And I'd also enjoy to read about her pregnancy with Wayne--the inclusion of his birth and how alarming it was for her that he got taken away, that he needed help, fascinates me. Or, if you'd like to write her giving birth to a second child with Lou, I'd enjoy reading how she felt about that after everything that already happened with Wayne, and them doing their best by this new child and the old one in light of that. Complications physical and mental/emotional; give it! And the time loop tag; a story which takes Vic's feeling that she's stuck in a broken state and makes that external with her in a time loop, and her futilely dying to get herself out of it, would be so interesting.
I've always loved Choose Your Own Adventure stories, so a CYOA with these characters would be great! Last but definitely not least, this fandom is so tiny and it would be a delight to receive anything you think I'd enjoy other than DNWs with this character.

I loved Vic and Maggie going from being mission-focused/mission-refusing to bonding and relying on the other, almost like being the only two people in the world. And I loved the care with which Vic handled Jolene, physically, and the way she seemed to look up to her. These dynamics give a vibe that feels so right with tags about being on the run/on a mission together, or in a Russian Doll-style time loop in which they come together to help each other escape. Or I could see Vic trying to escape but also fix a time loop in which one of the others dies, even if it means getting herself killed repeatedly. A fusion with them in Buffy, another canon with secret monster-killing adventures and powerful girls/women; I could see Vic and Jolene as Slayers, and Maggie as a witch! Vic deciding to paint some of the more positive aspects of the Creative world she's discovered would be fun, and I could see Maggie or Jolene prompting her! Or, leaning in to the vibes of Vic wanting to be part of a team with them (instead of feeling like she has to complete the mission they first chose all alone when Jolene dies and Maggie quits), her enjoying being dommed by one of them feels right. And I've always loved Choose Your Own Adventure stories, so a CYOA with these characters would be great! Last but definitely not least, this fandom is so tiny and it would be a delight to receive anything you think I'd enjoy other than DNWs with these ships.

It would be so fun to see these characters interact! Buffy and Vic have the "thankless task they didn't want but they've come to take as their own" thing, with the isolation and angst that comes with it. Buffy did have more help with it than Vic did...unless we're talking Wishverse Buffy, who seems to be even more isolated than someone who nearly became a hermit with her boyfriend and young son for eight years. And then there's Angel, with his 100+ years of guilt and affinity for connecting with people who are lost, like Faith and Kate; it would be cool to see him interact with Vic when she thinks she's too broken to belong with the people she loves, and her life is only good for her mission. The fun thing about reality in these universe is that both of them involve other dimensions, whether pre-existing ones and ones made by wishes like in the Buffyverse, or ones made by someone's sheer ability to alter reality like in NOS4A2. You could do a shared universe, where they both exist in the same world, or a fusion in which some characters are adapted to the setting of the other characters' universe, or a literal crossing over from one universe to another; maybe Vic's bridge can do more work than she realized, or Manx's child abduction trips include one to California, or Drusilla's hanging about interested in making Vic and/or Maggie part of a new family. Any of these could provide an interesting situation for them to meet!

I'm very into their shared (without each other's knowledge) trauma of being targeted by the attack on the Learning Center, the isolation after Michael decides its on her to prevent another one, and how they try to take care of the other as adults even after their efforts to be better Vulcans separately. Goodness, the risks she took for him; and he was going to follow her into the future! They're so fraught, and I'd love to see them in more fraught and/or intimate situations. A transfusion when both parties have different blood--how would they feel trying to make that work? How would they feel if one of them purposefully came to the other to ask for help instead of Michael purposefully seeking out Spock? What if Michael introspecting as she ventured into the technically mapped but also unknown to her terrain of Area X searching for him, and finding his journal? I've been obsessed with the idea of Michael shaving off Spock's beard ever since she made that comment that hit home for him. And they're both woobies, so some goodness about them being treated kindly by each other and believing they deserve good things with each other would be heartwarming!

Their friendly, easy dynamic with a little flirting here and a little pining there in the background is delightful, and I'd love exploration of it in extreme scenarios like being held captive together or the emergency blood transfusion. How would the context of trying to take care of each other in such intense situations affect them? The potential stress of making the transfusion happen when one party is human and the other half-human, so they have different blood? I love the potential for intimacy, both physical and emotional, that I see in both tags.

I love alternate universes and selves and the Mirror Universe is such a tantalizing canon look at that! How do things like the easy dynamic between Spock and Uhura, and Spock's half-human angst, look in this universe! What if they have a tenuous alliance? Are they careful with each other always, or can there be any level of trust? It'd be fun to see things would look with them if Spock does actually attempt to change his universe for the better and goes for taking charge of it. Would he bring Uhura in, would she discover it on her own; what would she want to do about it? Or in a Black Jewels AU, where the universe would be matriarchal as well as Terran-dominated. Would Uhura have power over him in that case?
